SEASON 9

From the 1st July 2022 we will be starting SEASON 9 with competition and recreational classes.

Based in Paisley our gym has a full 9 panel sprung floor, giving our athletes the BEST place to train and to perfect their techniques with fully trained coaches.

We provide all types of classes that suit both boys and girls from toddlers to adults (with no upper age limit)

We provide the following classes where ALL beginners are welcome:

- Lyrical Dance
- Hip-hop Dance
- Pom Dance
- Traditional Cheer Dance
- All-star Cheerleading
- NEW Adult Tumble Class
- Recreational Tumbling
- Toddler Tumble
- Pre-School Gymnastics
- ASN Cheerleading

*There is the choice of recreational or competitive in most of these classes. Timetable will be finalised for end of August for those starting out for season 9 so register your interest early and we will be in touch.

INFORMATION DAY – SUNDAY 26TH JUNE 10.30AM-12.30PM

If you are unsure on what classes to go for and want to speak to our staff come along to our information session. You will also get a chance to check out our gym and equipment. Our coaches will be happy to discuss with you the options available. No need to book in just show up at any time as above. If you cannot make the information session please drop us a message to discuss.

Information pack will be released end of July once class timetable is established which will cover all those in competition teams with competition dates/locations/costs etc.
