Grace Ferguson Pilates will launch an antenatal (pregnancy) Pilates class on Thursday evenings in Paisley at the lovely SANA Yoga & Massage from January 9th.

I am so pleased to launch an antenatal (pregnancy) Pilates class on Thursday evenings in Paisley at the lovely SANA Yoga & Massage, starting early January 2025.
This class is led by Grace, an NHS Physiotherapist with a passion for Pilates. Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered by the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
As a physiotherapist, I have a degree level of understanding of movement, anatomy and physiology. This means you can be confident exercises will be performed safely, effectively and modified to the appropriate level for your goals, ability and any underlying conditions. You can be assured the standard of care of a healthcare professional will be delivered at all times.
Each class is intimate with a maximum of 8 participants with all equipment provided. It’s also a lovely opportunity to meet other local parents to be!

I love how Grace explains everything so well and demonstrates each movement before we start doing them. Grace is always assuring everyone that you do the move that's right for you. I always come away feeling like I've achieved something and know that it is working when I feel it in my muscles the next day.
I really enjoy Graces' pilates class. Her knowledge is excellent and the way Grace describes the exercises makes it easy for a beginner to understand and succeed. Since starting Graces' pilates class I feel like I have become stronger especially within my core area. Grace is always willing to support with exercise and if asked for advice will provide excellent guidance to support. The class is also exceptionally relaxing with an excellent playlist.
