The June session of the Renfrewshire Ancestors Family History Cafe series will again be held in Blend @ Paisley Arts Centre (15 New St, Paisley PA1 1EZ) between 10 and 11.30am on Saturday 7th June.
This month, we are going to explore Paisley and Renfrewshire church records and their usefulness for family history research. Despite official registration coming in in 1855, Churches continue to maintain birth, marriage, and occasionally death records to this day.
The session is free, but we like to support our hosts by purchasing drinks, etc, while we are there.
You will receive an automatic email when you book and a further email just before the event confirming locations, etc.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
