We are a men walking and talking group based in Paisley. We have been going for 15 weeks now and have 10 males who have joined us so far.
There is no pressure to talk, no judgement at all, no cost, no need to book- just turn up and we will be there. Feel free to message on Facebook or instagram we have both social medias and my own account - bm247666.
Men Walking and Talking run mental health walks, with the aim of bringing men together in a safe space to end the stigma around men's mental health by supporting each other. Initially started in 2021 by Dan Reid in Telford, and having only one attendee on the first walk, it has now grown to 45 walks across 21 counties. In 2022, Men Walking and Talking became a Community Interest Corporation (CIC) and in November of 2023 we became organisational members of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
