These walks are 1 hour duration at the locations below. No need to book just turn up at the start point around 10 mins before the start at 10.30am.
LOCHWINNOCH • Every Monday, 10.30am. Meet at Castle Semple Visitor Café.
GLENBURN/FOXBAR • Every Tuesday. 10.30am. Meet at Glenburn Resource centre.
ERSKINE • Every Tuesday. 10.30am. Meet at Bargarran Community Centre.
BARSHAW PARK • Every Thursday. 10.30am. Meet at the middle entrance (café).
JOHNSTONE • Every Thursday. 10.30am. Meet at Johnstone Town Centre, bandstand.
RENFREW • Every Thursday. 10.30am. Meet at Robertson Park Gates. Inchinnan Road.
why not come along and join 1 of our local free health walk for 10.30am.
where we will have a short local walk and a chat.
All walks are led by trained walk leaders and all walks are free.
If you want something slightly more energetic there are walks every 2nd Wednesday - Something for everyone!
