Tai Chi Qigong is often called 'Meditation in Motion' and according to the Harvard Medical Journal Tai Chi Qigong should be called 'Medication in Motion', there are so many great health benefits and you do not need any level of fitness or experience to take part, in fact the work can even be done seated if needed.
