Zumba Gold with Susanne every Friday morning 10-11am at Johnstone Scout Hall, Canal Road,PA5 8LP. New members welcome ages 50 and upwards. £5 per class, £2.50 for first class, no booking is required. Come as you are wearing supportive footwear, please bring water and a towel, prepare for gentle movement, laughter and maybe meet some new friends!

Zumba Gold is a much less vigorous class than regular Zumba, its specifically designed for mature movers ages 50+, beginners, people returning to exercise and those who wish a fun lower impact fitness class. Gold uses amazing Zumba tracks and recreates the Zumba Party atmosphere whilst working a lower intensity, hence less impact on the joints. Gold incorporates the elements of Fitness, balance, posture, coordination, mobility exercises for daily living, stretch and relaxation all rolled into an electrifying 55 minute class.
