Monthly meditation is a relaxed, informal get together with opportunities to experience and benefit from various mindfulness practices and guided meditation journeys.
The idea is to make the practices simple to do, demistify and debunk some of the myths around meditation and mindfulness and let you find the methods and tools that work for you.
Session costs £5 which includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
