Within this relaxing workshop we will learn different techniques to help our sense of wellbeing. There is no pressure to do anything, you will be guided through every step. No previous art experience is needed - the focus is on the process - not the end result.
We will explore…
Sculpture - Through a guided process of therapeutic techniques, you will be invited to create your own sculpture using clay.
Gentle Flow Drawing - Expect a flowing yoga style drawing experience; dancing movements on paper. You will be guided through the process and stimulated to create a flow on the go.
Expressive Movement Drawing - An experiential workshop full of movements to let your creativity flow.
You will leave with your created drawings and sculpture.
Tickets are free but limited. Book your space here: renfrewshireboxoffice.ticketsolve.com
