We want to make more of an impact by training 14-18 years how to lift safely and effectively, learn how to recover so they can enjoy sport more or peak their interest in gym training.
We have 10 spaces in this block from the 4th of July to 12th of august.
What's included 6 weeks of sessions inside X-Fit Scotland?
2 Coached sessions a week, teaching the fundamentals of movement.
Working with bodyweight and progressing to Barbells and Kettlebells, if applicable, as well as an array of other equipment. To aid in getting, faster, stronger and proficient in lifts.
1 Session working on healthier habits, from eating to sleeping to aid in recovery which is just as important for progression as the work in the gym.
