Could doing scary things actually be good for your health? Psychologist Dr Chiara Horlin presents exciting research conducted by the University of Glasgow into the benefits of hair-raising activities such as flying trapeze and why this may be the missing link in mental health.
Part of a series of circus events taking place on Sat 10th June, other events include The Physics of Flying Trapeze and Bodies of Knowledge. Attendees are welcome to stay for 1, 2 or all 3 events. There will be a cafe and busking in between events.
