Join Amanda from The Butterfly Room for an introductory workshop on chakras, the holistic energy centres of the body and how you can tap into and enhance their working to boost your wellbeing!

About Becoming A Butterfly Workshop: Chakras, Colours and Energy

We'll look at the what and where of these energy centres in the body and how, if there are imbalances or you wish to tap into certain energies to bring a solution to situations you can work with them to do this.

we will also touch on colour therapy and how you can utilise colours to help with wellbeing too.

places are £25 and will include a handout and light refreshments.
