About Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a deep, meditative form of yoga. The focus is on lengthening connective tissue and increasing flexibility by holding postures for extended periods of time. This style of yoga aims to help you to completely relax and connect with your breath, while removing toxins and blockages from your body.

Yin yoga is a highly accessible style of yoga. The simplicity of it may disguise its many incredible benefits but a regular practice will help you to discover them for yourself.

Yin yoga will not only help to improve your flexibility, it will also help to calm and soothe your mind.
