Starting this May, our supportive programme is designed to help women 40+ in Renfrewshire navigate menopause with expert advice, real-life tips, and a safe space to share experiences.
Each session covers a different topic, which aims to equip you with the knowledge/skills, coping strategies and techniques to manage symptoms.
This will run each Thursday for eight weeks, and attendance at each week is necessary.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
