With over 20 years’ experience I specialise in helping others overcome stress, anxiety, pain and addiction recovery in a natural, supportive and empowering way, avoiding the use of prescription drugs where possible. I’m passionate about helping and supporting people through periods of change and transition in their lives.

I combine Motivational Life & Health Coaching with Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Food Therapy & Foods for Life, Reiki, Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology in my professional therapeutic practice.

I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation. I also offer telephone and on-line consultations.
