6.30pm Beginners Vinyasa Flow / Yin (suitable for all levels as options given )
7.30pm Yoga for Sport (compliments athletic training/activities)
Anam also offer 1-2-1 / 2-1 sessions and bespoke yoga classes/ workshops for sports clubs, charity events, festivals, celebration days etc.
Vinyasa / Yin / Restorative / Yoga for Sport Vinyasa Yoga - flowing with the breath. Yin Yoga is the perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle and can also benefit those who do a lot of muscular exercise. Yoga postures are held for longer and various yoga props are used to access the poses and target specific areas of the body. Pranayama (breath work) is also utilised. It is a more meditative practice ending in a longer shavasana Yoga for Sport is Yoga modified and made specific for those that do activity regularly- whether your a hill walker, runner, cyclist, swimmer, martial arts, triathlete, footballer, lift weights, enjoy racquet sports, enjoy yoga or just generally keep fit this class will strengthen, build increased flexibility and range of motion, enhance performance and help injury rehab/prevention.
