Take a moment for yourself amidst your busy lifestyle, schedule and routine to join me as we work through a series of yoga poses for beginners. Designed to create space in our body and our minds. After slowly awakening our muscles we'll take our time as we flow through a vinyasa based yoga sequence to revitalise. We end class with relaxation, aimed at melting away tension, restoring our bodies and minds, and aiding a good night's sleep.
